A trip to the Maritimes is not complete without a visit to Shediac, New Brunswick, the “Lobster Capital of the World,” and home to the largest lobster in the world.

This vibrant community is heavily Acadian and has a long-standing Acadian-Cajun twinning agreement with Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. Here you will find some of the warmest beaches and the freshest local seafood and great Acadian food. The sunsets here are amazing.
